This is a sketch I posted up a month or so ago and I finally inked it. These are the characters of the Fusang Tong, an organization of relic hunters and artifact recovery specialists. The Tong’s founder, Bo Kyungban, is an immortal sorcerer who named the organization after the legendary island in Chinese myth where the fountain of youth could be found. The characters are, from left to right:Daniel “Spike” Farrell — The Tong leader’s apprentice, a former drug addict who went clean after a startling confrontation with the supernatural. Now in his early 20s, he’s clean and has been studying martial arts and spirit magic from his mentor. He’s a self-styled ladies’ man, though he doesn’t always succeed at it.Bo Kyungban — A 500 year old Taoist immortal, he founded the Fusang Tong to research mundane and magical history. He is a proficient martial artist, swordsman, and sorcerer, but his true passion still lies in academics. Bo was born into a family of scholars and hedge wizards, and completed the immortality ritual to save himself from slaughter at during the Korean Literati Purge of 1498. Since then he’s continued pursuing his studies and delved deeper into world history.Light-in-Darkness — Bo’s right-hand-man, Light is a fire-fae who escaped Arcadia many years ago and has been working with Bo since. He’s athletic, alert, and full of energy. Light also represents the Dawn Court, the Court of Hope in the London Freehold and uses his inner fire to inspire and encourage those he meets.Michael Oliver — Werewolf, actor, and Bo’s current lover, Michael was ostracized from werewolf society after a severe Masquerade breach. He’s since become a ghost wolf and Bo invited him to join the Tong. Unfortunately, Michael is also in debt to a viciously manipulative vampire woman who likes to torment him for fun. There’s one other member not pictured, Avery Burke. I didn’t have the reference picture for him until last night so I’ll be adding him in when I can.
